We start with an audit of the entire organization. Top to bottom, left to right. We survey everything tech-related: individual attitudes towards, knowledge of, desire to learn, perceived relevance to overall business, perceived relevance to individual job and more. This provides a baseline of future-readiness.

Next comes an all-employee workshop we like to call a bootcamp SIR YES SIR! This is a high-impact educational session teaching the foundations of emerging tech, real-life applications, and impacts to your industry. The day is a blend of presentations, break-out sessions for hands-on tech experiences, and cross-functional exercises to brainstorm internal and external roll-out strategies.

STEP THREE: ACTION

Based on work-product generated during the bootcamp as well as a post-event survey, we develop a tech preparedness plan that includes specific and actionable recommendations on a company, department and individual level. Additional facilitation and program management is available.

Hey there, I'm Katie Wasserman. I've been up to my eyeballs in technology my entire career, having spent nearly two decades as a CMO in the wireless industry. But it wasn't until I stepped away from 1's and O's and tried my hand at building maintenance that I found my passion....technology! Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Mixed Realities. Blockchain, Robotics...you name it, I love it. Actually, what I love are the endless possibilities that technology offers.

You see, a few years back, I was introduced to Virtual Reality at a tech incubator in NYC. I put on the VR goggles, held the controllers in my hands and when that experience launched, I felt as though I was standing on top of an 80-story building and was rendered catatonic from fear.

HOW. DID. THIS. HAPPEN?

I spent the next several months learning everything I could about Virtual Reality: the technology, the equipment and what is happening in our brains during a VR experience. With each bit of knowledge I gained, the more questions I had, and the more I had to learn until finally, it made sense. Once that happened, the flood gates in my mind opened to the endless possibilities and opportunities that technology has to offer.

Since then, I've made it my mission to help individuals and organizations understand the foundations of emerging technologies, bring context to their function, and provide a framework for applying technology so every person feels as empowered as I do in visualizing their path forward.
